We love Preschoolers!
We recognize the value of providing tender love and care to little ones! Sharing God's love to little ones who brighten our doorway starts with a hug & a big smile. We want each child to feel loved and excited about coming to church! In addition to our WEEKDAY PRESCHOOL & KINDERGARTEN program we provide care & learning for little ones each Sunday & Wednesday.

Sunday Mornings
Child-care & Children's Church are provided during both of our worship experiences:

The Open Door 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
Traditional Worship 11:00 - 12:00 noon

We also provide care for infants to 5 year olds during the Sunday Morning Bible Study time. Classes are provided each Sunday 9:45 - 10:45 a.m.

Wednesday Nights
From September through May every Wednesday night following Wednesday Night Family Supper, we provide classes that focus on helping preschoolers understand God's love & God's word. We recognize the value of music and use it as a tool for young children to express themselves and learn about God at the same time!

PRESCHOOL CHOIR 5:50 - 6:25 p.m.
MISSION FRIENDS 6:25 - 7:00 p.m.

Weekday Early Education Ministry
We're very proud of our 4 Star Weekday Early Education Ministry at Winter Park. Our Preschool & Kindergarten program includes opportunities for 2 day, 3 day, and 5 day attendance, depending on the age of the child. Hours of operation are from 8:45 - 11:45 a.m. from September through May. Beginning in September school days closely follow the attendance calender of the traditional nine month public school calender. Throughout the year, the same public school holidays and teacher work days are observed. Our Preschool & Kindergarten Program is one of the best in town!

Preschool 2008 Registration Dates

Prospective families are urged to come into the preschool to have a tour and classroom visit. Seeing our preschool in operation will answer many of your questions and allow you the opportunity to talk to our staff. Preschool children are welcome to tour with their parents.

1. February 4-8, 2008 New Application forms are sent home to all currently enrolled families and distributed through the preschool office to general community.

1. 2. February 11- 12, 2008 Applications accepted from current Winter Park Baptist Church families & staff members beginning at 8:00 AM.

2. 3. February 13-15, 2008 Applications accepted from all remaining currently enrolled students and their siblings beginning at 8:00 AM.

4. February 18-22, 2008 Web page application posted for downloading. Acceptance letters sent to currently enrolled students and their siblings who have applied 2/11-15/08.

3. 5. February 25, 2008 – Open enrollment for any openings remaining beginning at 8:00 AM.

J 6. June 1, 2008: Deadline for all completed paperwork and Kindergarten September tuition payments from accepted students.

J 7. June 3, 2008 Incomplete enrollment and withdrawal spaces are filled from wait lists.
