One would think that with so many ways to stay connected these days that finding authentic community would be pretty easy. Actually, all of our devices that are supposed to connect us lead us away from deeply interwoven lives with others. In a true community people share meals together, worship together, share their beliefs and fears, and they share possessions with people in need (Acts 2:42-47).

At Winter Park Baptist we seek to live in authentic community with others through intentional connecting points such as worship, small groups, Bible studies, and through service opportunities. Sure, people will be people and life gets messy, but we believe that doing life together leads each of us to live better, plus its Biblical.
